Posted by I thought about that whole “opposites attract” thing today. Sure opposites may attract but eventually those same opposites will break the two of you apart. They will. I speak from a recent experience. Yeah you don’t want someone you have too much in common with but when you’re with a total opposite that never works. The first attraction is lust. Curiosity. And that shit goes away. Yep. Every time. And when that goes away you realize you never had real feelings and you’re only hurting yourself in the end. I know this now. I’ll be sure to look for some opposites when I get back in it. But this has been the best revelation so far on this dating sabbatical.
